We have looked after cats in Bonn-Beuel since 2014. Our guests move through connected rooms without bars or kennels, with places to retreat and two secured sun balconies. We take care of each cat individually.

How your cat stays with us
Three rooms, a hallway, a kitchen and an office are connected. Cats that get along decide for themselves where to sleep, play, climb or rest. There are no cages, kennels or partitions. The owners live in the house, so the cats can be looked after at night as well. On request, we send short messages, photos or videos by WhatsApp or SMS.
Is the cat hotel right for your cat?
Not every cat feels comfortable in group housing. New surroundings, unfamiliar smells and sounds, other cats and the trip in the transport box mean stress. Outgoing, curious, lively and relaxed cats are the best fit. Very withdrawn or very sensitive cats need a closer look. If you are unsure, please talk to us.
Requirements
Requirements for your cat's stay
To stay at our cat hotel, your cat must meet the following requirements.
Neutering
Cats must be neutered. The only exception is for kittens under seven months of age.
Vaccinations
The required vaccinations are:
- Cat flu
- Panleukopenia
- Rabies for outdoor cats
- FeLV (feline leukemia). This vaccination is recommended for all cats, because it protects against a disease that is highly infectious where many cats live together.
Please ensure that vaccinations remain valid throughout the stay. The most recent vaccination must have been given at least 21 days before check-in. We recommend 28 days. If you are unsure about the correct vaccination date, please contact us in advance. Please bring your cat's vaccination record to check-in. Cats with contagious diseases cannot be admitted.
Flea and worm treatment
Every cat needs flea protection, whether it lives indoors or goes outside:
- Flea protection, such as Frontline Combo, Advantage, Broadline or Stronghold. Apply it two to five days before check-in.
- Worm treatment, such as Milbemax or Broadline. It is required for outdoor cats, about four weeks before check-in.
We can provide flea treatment at the cat hotel for €15.00, although treatment before check-in is preferred. Flea collars are not permitted.

On Sundays outside NRW school holidays, the cat hotel is closed. In individual cases, pick-up is possible on those days, between 18:00 and 19:00 only, for a surcharge of €10.00.

What to bring
- Your cat's vaccination record
- A labelled transport box
- A T-shirt, blanket or pillowcase with a familiar scent
- Two to three pouches of your cat's favourite wet food
- Special food, if your cat needs it
Please label the transport box and all personal items. We cannot accept liability for loss.

All prices include VAT. Dry and wet food is included, except special diets. You are welcome to bring your cat's usual food.
We recommend a stay of at least six days so that your cat can settle in and reduce stress. Over Easter, Christmas and New Year, the minimum stay is seven days.
Payment: Payment is by debit card (EC) at check-in. Cash is not accepted. New customers without a viewing appointment transfer a deposit of 50 % of the total amount at least 21 days before check-in. The remaining amount is due at check-in. Without the deposit, the reservation is not binding.

To book or enquire, please use our reservation form. We recommend viewing the cat hotel in advance. Viewings are by appointment only. Please bring your cat's vaccination record. If we are on duty, please leave a message on the answering machine. We call back as soon as possible.
